MRS. LYNN FRAME

My name is Lynn Frame and I am the Practice Secretary for Moor Park Paediatric Practice. I had a long and successful  career as a medical secretary in many medical specialties and spent the last twelve years as the Lead Secretary in Paediatrics at Hillingdon Hospital. Throughout my career, I acquired  many skills including managing other secretaries and helped to successfully embed several NHS organisational changes.  In 2017, my husband and I moved to the country. However, I did not want to completely give up my work with parents and children which I enjoy tremendously so I was pleased to accept the offer of the position of Practice Secretary at this thriving practice.

Every day at the Practice is rich and varied. As Practice Secretary, I am in direct contact with many parents who wish to arrange an appointment with Dr. Menakaya or enquire about the status of an investigation they had carried out. I ensure that communication between the Practice and parents as well as other interested parties are timely. I enjoy the rapport that I have with the parents of children that access the Practice for care and feel that I offer a friendly voice to talk to when they have concerns. I am always delighted  when I learn that my efforts were well received and the parents satisfied.

During my leisure, I like to spend time with my family when they visit.  I have six young grandchildren  and I enjoy doing crafts and baking with them.  They usually return home to their mums and dads with the odd cake or two and the occasional picture. I also like dogs and currently have a spaniel. I go out for walks with him at least  twice a day and that keeps me fit and active. I hope to get another dog very soon to join the family!
